Pack with Care

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days.
